Relaxing Pamper Night

We all have busy lives, so taking the time to cherish peaceful moments is integral to our emotional wellness. As a Libra I love having soothing pamper nights to recharge and revitalize for the upcoming week. To help you get started, here are my steps for how to have a luxurious pampering experience from your own bathroom!

  1. Set the Atmosphere: Light candles, dim the lights, and put a melodic jazz playlist on to evoke a calming ambiance.
  2. Apply a Face Mask: Any will do, whether it be a sheet mask or one you wash off. If you have time go ahead and thinly slice some cucumber to place over the eyes to reduce puffiness.
  3. Start a Bath: A pamper night means indulging in a bath instead of a shower. To conserve water you don’t have to fill it all the way up, but just enough for a bubble bath.
  4. Entertainment: Instead of using electronic devices, during this time I like to set my phone away and relax with a novel or magazine.
  5. Treats: A glass of wine and small desserts such a chocolate covered strawberries are what will turn this from a regular bath into a luxuriously lavish experience.
  6. Clear Your Mind: Let go of wayward thoughts and sink into this restful period. This is precious time that you have cleared to regain mental focus and clarity. Remember to take deep breaths and allow your mind to drift away into a space of calm serenity.
